The Partner Agreement defines the terms of our relationship with you. A customized version is issued during onboarding once your application is approved. The agreement covers:

  • Commission structure (10–15% on UX scopes for 12 months)
  • Payment schedules and invoicing rules
  • Partner program obligations and guidelines
  • White-label and co-branded deliverable rights
  • Confidentiality and non-disclosure terms
  • Dispute resolution procedures
